Special materials gone?

I cant seem to find any way of adding special materials to Weapons/Armor/Ammo any more, I could definitely do it a couple of weeks ago. Not sure what has changed.
 
Argh, another bug! Thank you for reporting this. I'm adding it to our list of things to look into now
