Sorting with identifiers crash

I tried sorting via identifiers and the client crashed.

Now I can't load my "realm" anymore, as it crashes instantly when I open it.

Anybody experience anything similar? Any workarounds or ways of reverting changes you made so that I can load my realm again?

Try deleting the "Preferences.xml" in the RealmWorks data folder.. that holds things like the settings for options.

Hmm, I don't see a Data folder in the directory I installed it in, nor do I see a Preferences.xml file. Where would one find this data folder?

Here's some of the instructions from a post on sending them your db:

1. Open a Windows Explorer window (NOT Internet Explorer)

2. Within the location, type in this: %appdata% and then press enter. This should take you to a folder on your machine. The folder will be dependent on the Windows version as well as your Windows user name

3. Find the folder LWD Technology, Inc in the folder list and double-click it

4. There should be a single folder called Realm Works within this folder. Double-click to enter this folder
