I'm entering another one of my player's characters for them (a 7th level fighter with 1 level of ranger) and the Weapon Training Fighter Ability is showing a +0 bonus to hit and damage?

I don't know if this is relevant, but when I just removed the ranger level the bonus started calculating correctly?

pedr beat you to the initial report http://forums.wolflair.com/showthread.php?t=9257, although I can't duplicate the change when a ranger level was added (unless you replaced it with a fighter level - the bug was that the bonus was increasing at multiples of 4 (4,8,12), not multiples of 4 - 1 (3,7,11)).
