I have three questions regarding Hero Lab (I'm a new user):

Firstly, is it possible to create custom magic items? There are options for customized potions, scrolls, weapons, armour and wands, but nothing for complete custom items, such as a new type of staff.

Second, regarding arrows and bolts, I frequently have character buy these in twos and threes at low level, but there's only the fifty-or-none available in items.

Third, there is an option to create new feats, is it possible to add new archetypes, and if so how?
 
@Dabbler my advice would be to also check out THIS post in the FAQ. Should help allot including pointing you to some video tutorials that are available.
