How do I add new item to gear/weapons?

The price for arrows in the player's handbook is for 50, which is why HL sells them in blocks of 50. If you want 5, there are two ways to handle it inside HL.
1) Make a new weapon that is 5 arrows, and adjust the price accordingly.
2) The other is to buy 50 arrows then use the in-play tab to "use" 45 arrows, thus bringing you to 5. If you do this, you will need to adjust the purchase amount at the time of purchase or use the journal tab to adjust your currency.

If you press the delete button on a stack of items, it will ask you how many of them you want to delete, so in this case, delete 45 of the 50. That also allows you to sell them back at full price, so that you don't have to worry about calculating the price of just 45 (as long as you had sufficient cash to begin with).
