I think this is a bug but confirmation required.

Currently slayers battle standard bearer can choose an extra hand weapon or a great weapon as his equipment. In all other armies this is not allowed. I find slayer army rules on this issue conduzing and can not say with all certainty if this is a bug, or a valid option.

the slayer list does not specifically forbid it like all the others, so the datafiles do not forbid it.
