Smite Evil as an "activated" ability

Is it possible to get Smite Evil to be activated on the 'In-Play' tab like a barbarian's rage?

I noticed that this is a feature of the paladin in the Pathfinder version of herolab but has been left out of the d20 Systems one. is there any plans on changing this?

It is a minor feature but great for ease of use.
