Smart Map: Reveal ALL (map, pins, & associated content)

I'm redoing my maps to make things less messy and easier to read. I just created a map that shows a specific kingdom and the boundaries of the major administrative divisions ("Amker"). I then place a pin in each Amker that I associated to the Amker's topic.

Now I have to go to each pin, right click and reveal pin. Then right click again and reveal associated topic.

It would be helpful to have a "reveal all pins" option or, even better, a "reveal everything" option that allows you to reveal a map, all pins on the map, and all associated contents.

I'd rather have a pop up window listing all pins each with two associated check boxes. One check box when checked would reveal that pin on the map to players while the second check box would also reveal its associated snippet. That way I can open it when I need it and quickly scan the map pins and snippets to see which ones I want to reveal.

Viking2054, your suggestion would be great if I have a lot of pins and want to reveal a lot of them, but not all of them. But if I want to reveal all of them using your suggestion, I still would have to click two boxes per pin in the popup interface you suggest. Certainly it is easier than constantly right clicking on the pins, but not as easy as a "reveal all pins" option.

How about a compromise: we go with your pop-up box listing all pins, with the checkboxes, but include a "check all" check box at the top of each column.

Instead of a list with two checkboxes, could we just click the name in the list and have it toggle state? So click once and it's green, click again and it's red, click again it's green.... The list is red and green so you can easily see revealed vs unrevealed.

Buuuut, this is where it gets tricky because reveal is binary today but will eventually be granular by character/person.... Any suggestions for partial reveals of different pins to different people?

Use my initial suggestion but add a spot where you also have a list of the people invited to your realm and you can check/uncheck their names when you wish to reveal/hide things.

It might be nice to have a second window where you can see revealed state for each individual invited to your realm also. But this might go beyond smart maps and into actual information as well.
