Smart image issue

I've got an issue with a Smart Image, which refuses to work properly. I've supplied a pair of screenshots; the basic problem is that the image does not import fully, or is displayed incorrectly, in the player view.

If I use the Reveal Mask it also appears to be "out of sync"; the areas revealed in the original map do not match those revealed in the player view.

Is this a known issue? I have an earlier map in my project which works just fine. I've tried resizing the map and adding it to another snippet, but this doesn't change anything.

Screenshot 1 doesn't show which parts of the picture have been revealed.

Screenshot 2 seems to indicate that only the top left two-thirds of the picture have been revealed.

Revealing of part of the map is done from the circle icon in the tool bar.
