Small Elementals

I am creating Summon Nature's allies for my druid so he doesn't have to reference the Bestiary books. But I can't find "Small Elementals" as a race. Am I overlooking something? Is this part of the bestiary 4 addon? I have the 1st three.

They're showing up for me in the Encounter Builder. They're listed as "Elemental, [Type], Small."

In the Race selection menu, for me the small Air, Earth, Fire, and Water elementals are all the way at the bottom under "Minion Races."
