Skill Unlocks

I have a bonus that counts as a standard bonus to a skill, but if using skill unlocks that bonus adds to the number of ranks for determining what unlocks the hero gets.

So for instance, if I have a bonus of +3 and 7 ranks in the skill, it counts as 10 ranks total for the purposes of skill unlocks.
 
Move the skUnlocks array down 3 ranks. Loop through each row of the array, if a row has text in it, copy that text to 3 rows less then erase it from the current row.
