Skill trick

Hello , i'm building a new character and i will like to put some skill trick on him from the Complete Scoundrel and i can't find where they are.

I see them in the editor but not when i make my character.

Can someone help me please.:confused:
 
On the skills tab, add a new skill and search for the one named skill trick, put the required number of skill points into it and a new option should appear on that page to allow you to choose from the available skill tricks.
