Skill Points within a feat

I am having trouble with a feat.

Here is the Benefit text for it.

Benefit: You gain two extra skill points at each
level. This takes effect the level you select the feat
and continues for every level thereafter. It is not
retroactive, nor is it multiplied at first level, being
added on as a bonus in a similar vein to bonus skill
points for being human.
This feat can be taken multiple times, although
a character cannot gain more skill points at each
level than 10 + his Intelligence modifier.

Ive looked through previous posts and found nothing simular. This has a lot of issues in it. Looking for any advice I can get.

The adjustments "Skill Points, Per Level" and Skill Points, Total" will give you an idea of what sort of coding to use.

The level a feat is added at isn't recorded within HL, as far as I can tell, so I think you're going to have to trust the user to add the "Skill Points, Total" adjustment with the appropriate negative value to cancel out whatever levels came before the feat was taken.

The max 10/level isn't something I'd try to code - you're looking at hours of figuring out how things work for something that will come up very rarely, and can be gotten around with an adjustment.
