Skaven Warlord and Armour of Silvered Steel

When I equip my Skaven Warlord with the Armour of Silvered Steel it shows the armour save as 4+. It should be 2+.
 
It is listed on the start up splash page for the Skaven as a know bug. Also included on that splash page is the bug that units of rat ogres that include master bred rat ogres and master moulder are creating a save error when the army is saved. the error is that it reduces the number of packmasters to one when the army is reloaded.

I included this information in the hope that people would read it and understand that other people know about it and wouldnt report it.
