Skaven Jezzails Footnote issue?

The footnote for Skaven Jezzails shows them as being "move or shoot", I can't seem to confirm this in the rulebook.

The warpstone muskets are move or shoot, and the models appear to be using them, however I don't see in the rules where it calls this out. Plus it only shoes this rule in the footnotes.
 
pg 65 of the skaven army book. check the rules description for Warplock Jezzail at the bottom of the page. It is a move or fire weapon.
