Since Update #9Ue.#lKk

Win10 has so many intrusions deep in the code that I will never install it. I'll throw on 8 and install and hope for the best.
The last round of Updates from MS back applied all Win10 intrusions into 7 & 8. So 8 won't help you get away from it either. :(

All of the issues referred to above with the new C++ DLL should have been fixed in the bug fix version just released.

Just want to say that the problem on my wife's RW has been fixed, and a huge thanks (again) to everyone at LWD for all of the efforts put into fixing things.

I'm running XP, 7 and 8 now and each virtual machine has been able to install RW without a hiccup. Thanks for the fix! I sympathize with the frustration of maintaining drivers for an antiquated OS, but I don't think I am alone in my appreciation for a working package under XP. My XP VM is a couple of GBs. My 7 is 15 and my 8 is 36 and those are fresh installs with the most recent updates and that's it aside from RW. They are slower, clunkier, uglier (IMO etc) so having XP there and fired up when I need RW is wonder. Back to my old routine now :)
