Silken Ceremonial Armor?

I am looking at my HL program. I have PF CRB, APG, and Ultimate Combat, and Ultimate Equipment.

I am trying to add Silken Ceremonail Armor to a sorc.

I cannot find it anywhere. I checked armors, magic armor, magic items, gear. It's nowhere.

Am I missing something? Can someone please fill me in on how to add this thing?

Make sure you have either Ultimate Combat or Ultimate Equipment checked on in the Configure hero window for this character. If a portfolio was made prior to gaining access to some books, they will not be on by default.
