XML -> Database, edit data, Database -> XML.

Yes, this is the more sensible place (to me) to want to do it.
When deck building it's not going to be an issue.

Normalise!

Put the cards in one file, and then in the set files reference the cards -
far neater...

I guess this would mean a major change to CV, huh? :(
