Shadowrun Missions?

Can the contacts from the relevant Convention Mission Packs (CMPs) be made available for Mission Play? Right now only the SRM contacts are included, but Missions includes so many more contacts when you include the CMPs.

I haven't played missions yet myself, so I'm not familiar with the term "convention mission pack". Is there a download link for those somewhere on Catalyst's website?

The Convention Mission Packs (or CMP's) refer to the series of missions that are generally "Convention Only" or at the very least a limited or delayed release for non-convention play.

All of the "Missions Packs" that have come out (Firing Line, London Falling, etc.) have been collections of CMP's, mostly older ones. For instance London Falling is a short series of four missions from 2012.

The biggest difference between the normal missions (SRM's) and the CMP's is that they generally take place somewhere other than the home town of the current season. The Sprawl Wilds missions for example take place in Seattle, but at the time they were originally airing, Missions was in New York (Season 3). A few of the CMP's are actually previews of story lines that were picked up or referenced in full in Season 4 (Seattle).

To sum things up, though, the CMP's because of their "out-of-town" nature tend to have their own set of NPC's and contacts that are for the most part separate from the "normal" SRM missions, particularly the current season in Chicago.
