SFS - Reputation From Journal Entries Isn't Registering

Just entered my first SFS character on HLO, and finally figured out how to add Reputation in the journal entry for a completed scenario. However, the character sheet still shows Reputation and Fame scores of 0, despite the journal entries themselves correctly showing the Reputation increases. Am I missing a step somewhere?
 
@Apoc Golem, have you put in a big report on this yet? It really helps them track stuff down.

Where are you expecting the Fane and Reputation on the character sheet?
