I am fairly certain you know about and have changes in the queue but as there was talk on the Paizo forum, I said I'd drop a line here.
With the 1.1 release of the SFS Guild Guide, Legacy races were opened to general play. Some players are concerned this is not yet reflected in HLO. I have asked for patience and they have been reassured that they can still make the character and play it, even with the warning in place.
I know there has been a lot of higher priority material to process for HLO recently. I am hoping this one is an easy fix and will show up soon but I am happy to be patient and will keep advising others to be so as well.
