We've scheduled maintenance for the account/sales server on Friday (5/24) at 10 AM Pacific. We expect up to about 20 minutes of account server downtime. During the maintenance, new logins to Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable, but your service will be unaffected if you are already logged in.

UPDATE: We are delaying this downtime briefly. We'll post again when this is proceeding.

UPDATE: We will proceed with this downtime at 11:30 AM Pacific.

We need to roll out an emergency update to our account server. We will be proceeding with this at 4pm Pacific, and expect it to be down for 5-10 minutes. During this update, new logins to Realm Works and Hero Lab Online will be unavailable, but your service will be unaffected if you are already logged in. We apologize for any inconvenience.

On Wednesday morning (June 12th) at 10 AM Pacific time we're planning on taking Hero Lab Online and our account/sales server down for maintenance. We expect up to about 1 hour of downtime, though it may be less. Because the account server is involved, new logins to Realm Works will also be unavailable during the maintenance.

On Wednesday morning (June 19th) at 10 AM Pacific time we're planning on taking our servers down for maintenance. We expect up to about 30 minutes of downtime, though it may be less. During the maintenance, Realm Works, Hero Lab Online, and our account/sales server will be unavailable.
 
On Monday morning (June 24th) at 10 AM Pacific time we're planning on taking the Realm Works server offline for some maintenance. We expect up to about 30 minutes of downtime, though it may be less. During that time, logging in and syncing with Realm Works will be unavailable.

UPDATE: The maintenance has been completed and Realm Works server is back online.
