I can't find the Loyal complication. One of the stock NPCs has it but I can't find it to apply to my characters. Did it get hidden or renamed or something?

*edit* Okay I found it. When you first start the character you have to hit the settings button on the configure character window. It's the check box to the right. Then select Serenity.
