seminar suggestions

Add annotations for Hero Lab portfolios. This way you can add multiple profiles for a character and know which is which (low level party vs. high level party, start of module stats vs end of module stats, etc.)

I think that's already there. The Hero Lab Portfolio snippet has a text box right after it that you can but in any kind of defining text you like. I have one Encounter, for example, where I have two portfolios linked to it and in the text I explain that one is for the base encounter I've set up in Hero Lab and the other is for a souped-up bad guy if the party needs more of a challenge when they get to that encounter.

Bulk re-scan for links. Especially within user notes, etc.

That's partially in there, at the category level. I think I read somewhere that this ability for a full rescan of everything is in the works, though. I sure hope it is, at any rate.

Good catch on the Hero Lab annotation - I didn't notice I was not in edit mode when I was double checking.

Currently the re-scan wasn't on the list to the best of their (sleep-deprived, con-fuzzed) memory.

Basically, if a comment was met with "post it to the forum so we can find it later" I tried to capture it as quickly as possible - thus the brevity of most comments. I'll keep it up for the next seminar as well.

Linking snippets. For example: false information is linked to another snippet which contains the true information. Especially valuable for highly mysterious characters or chronic liars.

Event reminders in the calendar. Basically, advance the game date so you get popups for scheduled events such as scripted encounters (on day 6 the bandits arrive) or multi-day activities (Pathfinder example: item crafting will need a reminder when the required time is completed so the crafting check can be made).

Insert symbol as a title for a snippet. For example, dice symbols for specific results in Star Wars RPG and WFB RPG.
