Secondary License Activation issue

My product came with one secondary license, and I purchased 2 more. Yet when I try to install the program on a second computer the license wizard tells me "error during license processing" and informs me that I can't reassign the license for 120 days.

I'm not trying to reassign the license; I'm trying to use one of my secondary licenses.

How do I resolve this problem?
 
It sounds like you're trying to use the license number for the primary license on more than one computer, which won't work. When you obtain a secondary license, you get a new license number which you can use on another computer.

You can get a list of your license numbers by going to the License menu and choosing "Send my licenses to me". Your license numbers will be emailed to you, and if there's one that isn't being used right now, you can use that on your second computer.

Alternatively, go to "Obtain Secondary License" to have a fresh number emailed to you that you can use on your second computer. Since you purchased another 2, you can obtain up to 3 secondary licenses this way to use on different computers.
