Sean reynold's Step System and Pathfinder

How difficult would it be to create a data package that works with the pre-existing Pathfinder data, but incorporates Sean K. Reynolds Step System of level advancement?

Assuming it is possible, how would you go about doing it?

As a note, I moved this from the authoring kit forum to the Pathfinder forum because the authoring kit is only used for creating new game systems from scratch, so unless you wanted to recreate everything in Pathfinder from scratch, you're not going to use the authoring kit for this.
