Will the upcoming Sci Fi companion be available to purchase as a data package? I'm hoping it would be, and sooner rather than later (anyone been able to convince PEG Inc to let them use a preview copy?).
 
That would be cool. If it's anything like the previous Companions it MIGHT need a new data package to handle it, but if things in it will work fine with just a data file than I'll probably make one and submit it to LWD as a free data setting. While I wouldn't expect to get any kind of preview copy (not working for either LWD or Pinnacle) I can usually get a date file done fairly quickly, depending on how complicated some of the stuff is to implement. So I'd certainly make it available to folks here if that happens prior to any officially checked release, like I usually do. (For example I have a couple of data files that are still in review, but you're welcome to any of them with the understanding that they haven't been vetted yet.)
 
Sweet! I hadn't seen anything official about it, but I would certainly not do anything you guys are doing officially.
 
Awesome. Put me in line to "take my money"! Now, since it isn't out yet, finish up Deadlands and get Weird Wars: Rome reviewed! ;)
