Saving Portfolio in PDF error

Okay, I am trying to save a pdf of Spells and Powers Full Description in 3.5 dataset and Spells Full Description in Pathfinder dataset. I get a message saying, please wait while Herolab renders your portfolio. Then nothing. I have to cancel out of the program and start from scratch. The pdf with full descriptions never generates. The Summary level descriptions seem to work fine. Am I doing something wrong?

Which modules are you using for the generation of the character? Are you using a custom dataset that includes spells from a third party? If so, try replacing that, and then try to regenerate it again, in case there's an error in the dataset.

When you say "modules", are you referring to the Configure Hero screen checkboxes? If so, then, I have selections only in the 'Output Options' boxes: Hide Ammo, Hide Unarmed, Hide Ususable skills, Hide Validation msg, Show Feat/Ability Descriptions, Show Hero Portrait.
