RW won't log into server

For some reason, RW always crashes when attempting to log into the server. This started the previous update and has continued into the current version.

Is this a know issue or something that I can fix on my end?
 
When I try to log in, I get the following:
(Wrong password used)
Username or Password Unrecognized

(Correct password used)
First, I get a message asking if I want to terminate the previous session.
Then when I say yes, it gets to about 90%, then I get 'Communication Error'

I can open my Realms off-line.
