RW application is not loading

I can't successfully open Realm Works right now. I started experiencing crashing issues while creating a realm to import the 5e SRD, and now the application won't even load. It goes through the loading process, and then crashes without anything displayed. I have tried restarting my PC, even did a hard reset, I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the application. Does anyone have any solution to this?
 
Have you tried deleting the preferences file and/or the database file?

They are located in the folder "%AppData%\LWD Technology, Inc\Realm Works"
 
Um. Don't delete the database unless you have verified you've got a backup handy. Or everything is synced to the server.

Make sure that you submit the crash reports to us when they occur. And please open a support ticket that includes details about the crashes and their times so that we can associate the crash reports to your specific situation. That will help us to figure out what's going wrong.

Thank you, Rob. I have submitted the crash reports associated with the realm crashes, which occurred while working on the SRD. I have also opened a support ticket to request help with the application’s failure to load. Thank you for your attention regarding this matter!

Support was able to help me fix it by renaming my master realm. It had been corrupted somehow. Renaming and resyncing fixed the problem.
