Rule Trouble

I am having trouble with the following rule:



<rule id="ars60" message="There must be exactly 60 Cards in your Arsenal"
priority="3" scope="deck1">

$=60 | (@MaeChk = 1)

]]>

<set set="std"/>

</rule>



Deck 1 (The Arsenal) must have 60 cards unless the superstar is Mae Young,
in which case it must have exactly 45 cards. MaeChk is set via a priority 1
rule. The 45 card rule will be enforced by a separate rule.



Anyone have a thought?
