Rogue Advanced Talent: FEAT

Somehow, this Option doesn't show, when a Rogue Talent is choosable in the Rogue-Tab.
If I just choose a feat, I get a validation error message (of course).
Any ideas how to fix this?!

My rogue is level 14th, so it should be available.
 
On the rogue trick list, there is an option called "Bonus Feat". Add that and then you can select whatever feat your qualify for on the feats tab.
