The files insists that four dark angels and their sergeant is to big
a crowd to mount in a rhino.

This happens to me all the time, usually just unselecting the Rhino option then
reselecting it again works. Sometimes, that doesn't work -- in those cases, I
select a Razorback, unselect the Razorback, then select a Rhino.

I brought this up here a few months ago <shrug>

I had this happen to me today with BT marines & a razorback. It claimed
that a 5 man squad couldn't fit in a razorback. Unselecting & reselecting
the razorback made the problem go away.

actually, I don't know why this happens. It doesn't happen to me at all...
but as several have stated, deselecting it and reselecting makes the error
go away... I can't control that. Rob?

I agree, the problem is intermittant -- it feels like an AB defect, not a
problem with the datafile.

Happens to me all the time with generic marines. I sort it out by
deselecting rhino and selecting it again. Another thing. When this
bug happens storm bolter doesn't come automaticly and needs to be
checked(though it is free).
