Resource Overspent problem

Hi;
i have made a character that is elf fighter but in background tab, everything is normal but program always show the warning: "Racial Custom Abilities: Resource Overspent : 1 of 0". How can i fix this?

You could only have gotten the Chelaxian ethnicity added to an Elf by making your character a human first, then switching races to be an elf. Switch back to Human, delete Chelaxian, and then switch back to elf.
