[RESOLVED] Can’t load characters

I have the same error, I'm so sick of HLO, I can never trust that it will work when I need it too. It's a worse system than classic, and it's way better than it was two years ago.

I'm done, won't be buying any more packages for HLO.

I'll buy PF2 classic when and if it comes out.
 
It was working earlier but seems to be down for the moment. Be nice to have a status page to find out what is going on with the server. So I’m sitting here unable to play because I didn’t get a chance to print to PDF before the game started
 
It’s not planned.. there is a downtime scheduled for 2 Wendsday but nothing comes up beyond the folders.. click on the notifications and there is nothing beyond tomorrow morning.
 
We're resolved the issue, please give it another try, it should be working again.

Very sorry for the inconvenience. We are working on some changes that should significantly improve our uptime and reliability. Thanks for your patience while we iron this out.
