In the main book on page 34 have rules for setting the size of a character other than medium, i.e. giving the effects of shrinking and growing at 4 rank intervals.

This is how stuff originally worked, but we discussed it with GR and
decided that it was better to simply allow people to purchase ranks of
Growth and Shrinking (and make them permanent / innate as appropriate)
to change their size.
