Replacing prereq requirement

I have a feat that allows a character to use their Intelligence instead of Dexterity for the purposes of prerequisites from other feats. Ideas on how to implement?
 
Even LW is having issues with this type of stuff. Look at the Warpriest for its bonus those feats get a "note" about using character level instead of BAB for feat pre-reqs.

Maybe see how they are setting that "note" and do the same thing?
 
Looks like it is the field cBonFtTxt, but that only exists for classes. Looks like I am just going to have to let it pass for now.
