Replacing Multiple Skills

I've done some searching and can't seem to find the answer to my specific problem. Sorry if this has been asked before.

I want to replace Hide (kHide), Move Silently (kMoveSil), and Sleight of Hand (kSleight) with a custom skill Stealth (kStealth). I know that I can use "Replaces Thing ID" but that only allows me to replace one skill.

Is there a way using Replace to do this? Alternatively, can I just hide the three skills and add something that sets them each equal to the skill points in Stealth?
 
That exact question is approached Here but as also suggested, the better approach might be to go with the pathfinder ruleset since it already does this and many similar combo requests.
