Remove Drawbacks

I have the option rule Use Drawbacks unchecked, but Drawbacks is still appearing under FEATS. Is there another checkbox I'm missing? Thanks.
 
I know you can use Shadow's adjustments to reduce the number that a character is allowed to take, to zero.

But I was not able to make Drawbacks disappear; granted, I did not really do more than uncheck their box. They evidently are associated with another option from one of the books I do have enabled.
 
So, I went through and unchecked everything. This removed the Drawbacks from the character. Continued test and found unchecking Ultimate Campaign made Drawbacks disappear.
