The Remarkable Athlete feat should be adding half your proficiency (rounded up) to any Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution check you make that doesn’t already use your proficiency bonus.

At 7th level your proficiency bonus is +3. Half rounded up should be +2 shouldn't it? It is currently only adding +1 at 7th level.
