Ranger Quarry ability

I cant happen to find the Ranger quarry ability to modifiy the attack bonus against the target...
Am i blind or is this ability not available via Hero Lab ?

I'm seeing it in the In-Play tab as a checkbox to activate, at least for the NPC Ranger I loaded up to check.

I couldnt see it as it seems there is a bad interaction with Mammoth Rider prestige class.
I am going to bug report it.
