Just try to create an Elf but seem not possible in the RAce list of Lore ton find Elven Lore (but still have other race Lore ! Like Dwarven)

And try a Dwarven Lore but this time I have Elven Lore available but not Dwarven Lore !!!

Do I miss something !
 
If I go to a Skills tab and check I see both Dwarven Lore and Elven Lore under the "Creatures and Categories of Creatures" section.
