Racial Starting Language - customize/houserule?

Hey all, quick question. In my current campaign I have a half-orc who was raised around humans. Thus, I'm wondering if there's a way in HL to remove "Orc" and replace it with a regional Golarion language?

On a side note, it is surprising that there is no RAW option for this. Shouldn't there be a racial adjustment option for racial starting languages? I mean, this is common in real life (no pun intended).
