Question re Number of Files Open

I'm facing a peculiar issue. I find that I can only have one portfolio file open at a time on one of my computers but on another I can have about a half dozen portfolios open at the same time.

How can I configure Hero Lab on the computer that currently will only open and run one portfolio file at a time to run the multiple ones like my other computer does?

Inside HL, make sure that in the Tools menu...Diagnostics, the "Enable Debug Tracing" option is NOT turned on.

If that's not the problem, do the computers have different OS's?
