Question on encumbrance

I have a class that has the ability to reduce a character's encumbrance level by one level (heavy -> medium, medium -> light).

Getting the penties changed is easy. I just change the Encumbered tag before Post-Levels/2000 with tagreplace. However, the encumbrance listed on the Abilities and Basic tabs does not change. At what phase/priority do I need to change these?
