Am I right, that all five Pathfinder Bestiaries are completely included?

This seems to be a much better offer than the Pathfinder RPG Bestiary #1-3 Bundle for $29,99.
 
No, every monster in all the bestiaries are not made available for owners of an AP, just the ones which are used in that AP.
