Psychic Anthology Kineticist Infusions

I purchased the Psychic Anthology Data package but I am not seeing the infusions in Hero Lab for it (specifically Blade Whirlwind and whip hurricane). I made sure to have everything checked on in the load screen.

This is the source book according to d20pfsrd.

Also, clicking on empowered does not change the damage for the blasts. Would be nice if it did.
