Psionic Power Points

Is there anyway to amend the amount of power points for each power.

I cannot seem to find a variable for this anyway, so am assuming that it is a set formula linked to the powers level, but can I change this.
 
Once a power is a Pick you can modify the field[psiCost].value at Post-Attributes/10000. If you need to do this for ALL the powers on your character or all characters then I recommend a mechanic with a foreach logic to loop through all the Power Picks on the character and change the psiCost field to your new value.

The Power Cost is otherwise calculated in background component that you can not directly modify.
