Problems with Locate File Function

I have done some searches on this, but have come up empty handed. I have not been able to use the locate file function on AB EX for about 2-3 months, which is very annoying. What I get is the message:

"The latest updates information could not be retrieved successfully at this time. This is probably due to a temporary problem accessing the hosting web-site. Please try again in a little while."

Well, it's been a very long "temporary problem". Any ideas?

It's been working for me all along
Have you recently installed a firewall (or Windows XP SP2?) that might be preventing your access?

I do use a firewall and have the SP2 installed, but it seemed to work for a while and then just stop. I will try taking down the firewall, or setting up a permission, and see what happens. Thanks
