Problems with ABCreator

Taking the initiative to create a file for Malifaux and in just setting up the definition file I am getting an error. It occurs when I click new on the view tab.

ABCreator.exe has encountered an error and needs to close.

I tried it a coupe times with the same result. Tried even creating a new, empty, definition file on the off chance something else I had done was conflicting. Same error.

I am pretty new to the data file authoring business so it's concievable I messed something up but I'm following right along with their walk thru in the docs on creating a definition file. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Actually tried with a different PC and am still getting the same issue. Am I the only one getting this? Can someone else just give it a try real quick. Create a new definition file, go to the view tab and click new.

Thanks for your post about this problem. I can reproduce the issue myself - we'll try to track this down and have an update out for ABCreator soon.

Please email a DESCRIPTION OF WHAT YOU WERE DOING, in as much detail as possible, along with this message, to support@wolflair.com. PLEASE NOTE: Unless you tell us what you were doing, we won't have enough information to fix this problem!

Right click and choose "Copy to Clipboard" to copy these details:

I have been receiving this error each time i try to create a new option for a unit in ABCreator. However, if an option already exists i can 'copy' it and i won't recieve the error. I only get the error when i create a 'new' option for a unit.

I am running windows 7 pro 64 bit.


Note: I am also reciviing this error when trying to create a new option in the data files for the example gaming system. (i jsut tried that to take out any error in my own files).
